Job Description

The MIS Technician/Senior Technician supports information systems, technology infrastructure and event-related technical services within the Convention Services department. Responsibilities may include setting up, testing and troubleshooting computers, networks, audiovisual equipment, presentation systems and connectivity for meetings and conventions. Candidates should have a diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or a related field, along with practical experience in technical support, event technology or hospitality operations. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service, communication and teamwork. Candidates are expected to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required, remain calm under event pressure, maintain professional standards and respond quickly to client and operational needs.
