Job Description

This role supports the planning and day-to-day operations of conventions, meetings and large-scale events at Marina Bay Sands. Typical requirements include a diploma or degree in hospitality, events, business or a related field, strong communication and organisational skills, and an interest in convention services. Customer-service or event experience is helpful, though the ASPIRE position may be designed for early-career candidates. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate with clients and internal departments, assist with event set-up and breakdown, monitor operational details, respond professionally to changing requirements and maintain high service standards. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with a well-presented, team-oriented and proactive attitude, is important.
