Job Description

The F&B Service Attendant – In Room Dining is responsible for taking guest orders, preparing and delivering meals and beverages to hotel rooms, setting up trays or dining tables, and collecting used service items. Candidates should have a friendly service attitude, good communication skills, basic food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel, restaurant, or room-service experience is helpful, while relevant training may be provided. The role requires professional grooming, attention to detail, physical stamina, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
