Job Description

This internship supports MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) planning and operations at Marina Bay Sands. Typical responsibilities may include assisting with event proposals, client communications, venue coordination, preparing presentations and reports, updating event records, and supporting on-site conferences or exhibitions. Candidates are generally expected to be pursuing or have completed studies in hospitality, tourism, events, business or a related field. Strong organisation, communication and administrative skills are important, along with attention to detail, professionalism and confidence working with clients and multiple internal teams. Flexibility to support events outside standard office hours, including weekends, may be required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and an interest in large-scale events are advantageous.
