Job Description

The Director, Project and Construction Management (A&A) leads asset enhancement and construction projects at Marina Bay Sands, overseeing planning, design, procurement, budgets, schedules, contractors, quality, safety and handover. Candidates are typically expected to hold a degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, architecture, or a related discipline, with extensive experience delivering major hospitality, commercial or mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations, contract administration, project controls and stakeholder management is important. The successful candidate should be commercially aware, decisive and capable of managing consultants, contractors and internal teams while maintaining high standards for guest experience, operational continuity, safety and sustainability.
