Intern, Property Marketing

Singapore Centennial Tower S$1,200–S$2,000 per month*
Job Description

The Property Marketing Intern supports marketing activities for Marina Bay Sands, including campaign coordination, content development, market research, competitor monitoring, event support and preparation of reports or presentations. Applicants are generally expected to be pursuing a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, with strong written and verbal communication skills. The role suits an organized, proactive candidate who is comfortable managing deadlines, coordinating with different teams and handling multiple projects. Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, Microsoft Office and presentation tools is useful. Hospitality, retail, tourism or marketing experience may be advantageous, although this is an internship position and willingness to learn is especially important.

Company Info

Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort in Singapore operated by Las Vegas Sands. Located on the Marina Bay waterfront, it combines luxury hotels, convention and exhibition facilities, premium shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues, nightlife and the well-known Sands SkyPark. The resort also includes one of Singapore’s largest meeting and events destinations, attracting international business travelers, leisure guests and major exhibitions. Its marketing and commercial teams promote the property as a destination rather than only as a hotel, working across hospitality, retail, dining, entertainment and events. Marina Bay Sands is known for its large-scale operations, multicultural workforce and emphasis on guest experience, innovation and responsible business practices. An internship in property marketing can provide exposure to brand management, integrated campaigns, partnerships, content, events and the fast-paced commercial environment of a major international resort.

Destination Guide

Singapore is a compact island city with strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, retail, finance, technology, events and marketing. English is widely used at work, while Mandarin, Malay and Tamil are also official languages. The culture is multicultural, orderly and generally safe, with excellent public transport, efficient services and a busy food scene ranging from hawker centres to international restaurants. Living costs can be high, particularly rent, so interns often consider shared accommodation near MRT stations. Singapore is hot and humid throughout the year, with frequent rain. Foreign interns typically need an appropriate training or work pass arranged through the employer, and requirements depend on nationality, qualification, salary and internship duration. Candidates should confirm current rules with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower. Relocation is straightforward but requires budgeting for housing, transport, insurance and daily expenses before arrival.
