Job Description

The Head Bartender will lead beverage service at Sky Residence, maintaining high standards across cocktail preparation, guest interaction, presentation, hygiene and service consistency. Candidates are expected to have substantial experience in a luxury hotel, premium bar or fine-dining environment, with strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and responsible alcohol service. Leadership experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to train and motivate bartenders are essential. The role requires a polished appearance, attention to detail, sound commercial awareness and confidence serving high-profile guests. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected, together with a commitment to Marina Bay Sands’ service standards and a discreet, professional approach.
