F&B Restaurant Sales Assistant/ Administrator

Job Description

The role supports Marina Bay Sands’ F&B restaurant sales team with administrative coordination, customer enquiries, reservations, event and group bookings, quotations, documentation, reporting and communication with restaurant operations. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in restaurant sales, hospitality administration, reservations or a related customer-service environment. Strong organisation, attention to detail, communication and computer skills are important, along with the ability to manage multiple requests accurately and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hospitality reservation or sales systems is advantageous. The successful candidate should be service-oriented, professional, commercially aware and comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.
