Intern, Finance - Cost Control

Job Description

This internship supports the Finance team with cost control, expense monitoring, data entry, invoice checking, reconciliations, reporting and analysis. Candidates should be pursuing a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline, with good numerical ability and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, accounting principles and financial reporting is expected. The successful candidate should be organised, reliable, willing to learn and comfortable handling confidential information. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines will be valued. Hospitality, accounting or administrative experience may be advantageous but is not always required.
