Job Description

Hobs Moat Medical Centre is seeking a Salaried GP to provide safe, effective and patient-centred general medical services. Applicants should hold full GMC registration, a licence to practise, UK General Practice training completion or equivalent, and inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List. The successful candidate will assess and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, undertake clinical documentation and referrals, contribute to practice-based teamwork, and support safeguarding, prescribing and quality-improvement responsibilities. Candidates are expected to communicate clearly, work collaboratively with clinical and administrative colleagues, maintain professional standards, and demonstrate commitment to continuity of care, confidentiality and ongoing professional development. The role may include routine surgeries, telephone or online consultations, home visits and participation in practice meetings.
