The Talent Acquisition Intern will support recruitment activities such as preparing job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting with onboarding. Candidates are generally expected to be undergraduates or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are important. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and enthusiasm for working with people and learning recruitment processes would be advantageous. The role may also require supporting employer-branding activities and responding professionally to candidates and hiring managers.
