Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing guest-room and corridor cleaning on an assigned hotel floor, ensuring Shangri-La standards are consistently met. Typical requirements include previous experience in hotel housekeeping, strong attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning procedures, and the ability to lead and train room attendants. The successful candidate should be organized, physically fit, guest-focused, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, coordinating daily assignments, reporting maintenance issues, controlling supplies, responding courteously to guest requests, and supporting smooth communication between housekeeping and other departments.
