Guest Service Agent

Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, handles check-in and check-out, manages reservations and room requests, provides local information, responds to questions and complaints, and coordinates with housekeeping and other departments. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant and professional manner, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous hotel or customer-service experience is preferred, while proficiency in English and relevant local languages is an advantage. Shangri-La expects candidates to be attentive, well-groomed, service-oriented, reliable, and able to create a warm and efficient guest experience.
