Job Description

The Service Associate – Engineering supports daily hotel maintenance and engineering operations at Shangri-La in the Philippines. Requirements typically include a technical or vocational qualification in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, or a related field, with practical maintenance experience preferred. Familiarity with building systems, preventive maintenance, fire-control systems, occupational health and safety, and basic troubleshooting is advantageous. The candidate is expected to respond promptly to work requests, inspect equipment, follow safety and environmental procedures, maintain accurate records, and provide courteous service to guests and colleagues.
