Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor – Accounts Receivable and Credit is responsible for overseeing billing, collections, credit control, account reconciliation and accurate financial records, usually within a hotel finance department. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in accounting, finance or hospitality management, relevant experience in accounts receivable or credit control, and strong knowledge of accounting procedures and systems. Hotel or international hospitality experience is advantageous. The role requires accuracy, integrity, sound analytical ability and good communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to supervise daily receivables operations, follow up outstanding balances, maintain effective credit controls, support month-end closing and work closely with other departments, guests and business clients.
