Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and other assigned areas to Shangri-La standards. Duties include making beds, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests and maintaining appropriate hygiene and safety procedures. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable and able to work efficiently while standing for extended periods. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, though suitable applicants may receive training. Good personal presentation, a courteous attitude and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected. Basic English or Cantonese communication skills are useful, together with respect for guest privacy and strong teamwork.
