Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, commercial or security experience, supervisory capability, good knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting and access control, and strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is advantageous. A valid Hong Kong security personnel licence may be required. The successful candidate is expected to lead security officers professionally, monitor CCTV and patrols, respond calmly to emergencies, support investigations, enforce hotel policies, and deliver courteous guest service. Flexibility for shift work, weekends and public holidays, physical fitness, sound judgment and confidentiality are essential.
