Job Description

The Assistant Manager/Manager, CRM (Journey & Platform) will help shape Shangri-La’s customer relationship management strategy across digital channels and guest journeys. Responsibilities typically include managing CRM platforms, developing customer segments, coordinating personalised campaigns, improving marketing automation, analysing engagement and conversion results, and working with hotel, loyalty, technology and commercial teams. Candidates should have several years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation or customer analytics, preferably within hospitality, retail or luxury brands. Strong project management, communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills are expected. Experience with CRM platforms, customer data, journey mapping and campaign performance reporting is highly desirable. Cantonese, English and Mandarin capabilities may be advantageous in Hong Kong.
