Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress – In-Room Dining is responsible for taking guest orders, accurately entering requests, delivering food and beverages to guest rooms, setting up trays or dining tables, clearing service items, and processing payments where required. Candidates should have hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, strong communication skills, a pleasant and service-oriented manner, and good knowledge of English; Cantonese and Mandarin are valuable in Hong Kong. The role requires attention to detail, professional grooming, physical stamina, teamwork, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates are expected to provide discreet, prompt, accurate, and personalized service while following hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
