Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress at Hung Tong is responsible for providing attentive, professional dining service, taking orders accurately, explaining menu items, serving food and beverages, clearing tables and maintaining a welcoming restaurant environment. Candidates should have customer-service experience in a hotel or quality restaurant, good communication skills in English and Cantonese, a well-groomed appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Knowledge of Mandarin and relevant hospitality training would be advantageous.
