Service Manager - F&B (AGSM)

Job Description

The Service Manager – F&B is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, maintaining service standards, managing team performance, coordinating with kitchens and other departments, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. Candidates should have several years of experience in hotel or upscale restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or management position. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills are expected, together with knowledge of food safety, outlet procedures, staff scheduling and cost control. The role may involve shift work, weekends and public holidays. Fluency in English is generally required, while additional languages and experience with international hospitality brands are advantageous.
