Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress at Nadaman is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders, serving Japanese food and beverages, clearing tables, and ensuring a polished dining experience. Candidates should have relevant restaurant or hotel experience, good knowledge of food and service standards, and a friendly, professional manner. Familiarity with Japanese cuisine is an advantage. The role requires strong communication skills in English; Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese may be beneficial. Candidates should be attentive, well-groomed, reliable, able to work shifts, and comfortable in a fast-paced luxury restaurant environment. A strong customer-service mindset and willingness to work weekends and public holidays are expected.
