Job Description

The Stewarding Supervisor oversees kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, waste handling, equipment sanitation, and the daily work of stewarding colleagues. Candidates should have hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, preferably in a hotel or resort, with knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, chemical handling, and workplace safety. Supervisory experience, good organization, physical stamina, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.
