Job Description

The Senior Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, corporate or law-enforcement security experience, strong observation and communication skills, physical fitness, incident-reporting ability and fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is highly advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to patrol the property, monitor CCTV and access points, respond professionally to emergencies, enforce security procedures, support investigations, prepare accurate reports and maintain excellent guest service. The role requires discretion, reliability, teamwork, shift flexibility and the ability to remain calm when handling incidents or difficult situations.
