Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the department by coordinating room attendants, updating room-status records, handling guest and internal requests, preparing reports, and communicating with Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel teams. Candidates are generally expected to have hotel or housekeeping experience, good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks in a busy environment. Familiarity with hotel property-management systems and basic computer applications is useful. The role requires a service-focused attitude, professional presentation, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and the ability to remain calm while resolving operational issues. Cantonese, English, and possibly Mandarin language skills may be advantageous in Hong Kong.
