Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress at Nadaman is responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving Japanese cuisine and beverages, explaining menu items, and maintaining high service standards throughout the dining experience. Candidates should have relevant restaurant or hotel experience, a polite and professional manner, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Japanese food and dining etiquette is advantageous. The role requires teamwork, stamina, flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and the ability to remain composed in a busy luxury-restaurant environment. Fluency in English and Cantonese is generally expected, while Japanese or Mandarin may be an advantage.
