Job Description

The In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress delivers food and beverages to guest rooms, takes orders accurately, sets up trays or dining tables, explains menu items, processes payments, and clears service equipment promptly. Candidates should have hospitality or restaurant experience, good spoken English and Cantonese, a courteous manner, and strong attention to detail. Mandarin and experience in a luxury hotel are advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as well as the ability to stand, lift service trays, and work efficiently under pressure.
