Job Description

The Senior Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Typical requirements include relevant security or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, physical fitness, sound judgment and knowledge of emergency procedures. Experience in a luxury hotel, supervisory capability, first-aid training and familiarity with Hong Kong security regulations are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to conduct patrols, monitor access and surveillance systems, respond to incidents, prepare reports, assist with investigations and support emergency drills. Professional presentation, discretion, customer-service awareness, integrity, teamwork and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is normally required.
