Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive is expected to develop new business, maintain strong relationships with corporate and leisure clients, and promote Shangri-La’s hotel services and facilities. Typical requirements include relevant sales experience, preferably in hospitality, strong communication and negotiation skills, professional presentation, and good knowledge of the Hong Kong market. Fluency in English and Cantonese is commonly valued, while Mandarin may be advantageous. The successful candidate should be target-driven, organised, commercially aware, and comfortable conducting client visits, sales calls, presentations, and networking activities. The role also requires accurate reporting, teamwork with hotel departments, and a consistently professional approach to guest and client service.
