Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, security or law-enforcement experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills and knowledge of emergency procedures, access control, incident reporting and local safety regulations. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit may be required. The successful candidate should be alert, professional, physically fit, service-minded and able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Duties may include supervising security officers, monitoring CCTV and patrols, responding to incidents, supporting evacuations and maintaining close coordination with hotel departments and emergency services.
