Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the daily operation of a restaurant or bar, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth workflow, and compliance with Shangri-La standards. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, food and beverage experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of service procedures, cost control, hygiene, and staff supervision. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, coach team members, handle guest feedback professionally, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, monitor outlet performance, and assist the Outlet Manager with scheduling, stock control, and revenue targets. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
