Job Description

The Director of Events Management leads the planning, sales, coordination and delivery of conferences, weddings, meetings and other functions. Candidates should have substantial experience in hotel events, banquet operations, event sales or hospitality management, preferably within an international luxury property. Strong leadership, budgeting, negotiation, client relationship and communication skills are expected. The role requires close coordination with sales, food and beverage, rooms and operations teams to ensure successful events and high guest satisfaction. Candidates should be commercially minded, well organised, confident with VIP clients and able to manage multiple events, deadlines and teams in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.
