The group is recognised for warm Asian hospitality, personalised service and high-quality accommodation, dining, meetings and leisure facilities. Its Malaysian properties serve business and leisure travellers and commonly include extensive banquet and conference operations, restaurants, wellness facilities and guest activities. Destination Guide

Malaysia offers varied opportunities in luxury hotels, resorts, events, tourism, food and beverage and business services. Popular island destinations include Langkawi, Penang, Redang, Perhentian and Tioman, while Kuala Lumpur and major mainland cities provide the largest employment market. Malaysian culture is multicultural, with Malay, Chinese, Indian and indigenous influences; English is widely used in hospitality, although Malay is the national language. Lifestyle ranges from busy urban living to relaxed beach communities, with generally affordable food and transport, though resort-island housing and imported goods can cost more. Foreign hires normally need employer sponsorship, an approved employment pass and supporting documentation before starting work. Employers often assist with applications, accommodation and relocation, but requirements vary by role and nationality. Candidates should confirm current immigration rules, medical checks, tax obligations and whether benefits include housing, flights or meals.
