Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, with a modern Gulf lifestyle and extensive hospitality opportunities. Hotels, restaurants, resorts, airlines, retail businesses, and tourism companies regularly recruit international workers, especially cooks, waiters, housekeepers, and guest-service staff. The culture combines Islamic traditions, Emirati heritage, and a highly international workforce. Residents enjoy beaches, shopping malls, desert activities, cultural sites, and strong public transport in major cities. Summers are extremely hot, while winters are pleasant. Most foreign employees need employer-sponsored residence and work visas; working on a tourist visa is not permitted. Employers commonly arrange medical testing, Emirates ID processing, and sometimes accommodation or transport. Candidates should verify salary, benefits, probation terms, recruitment fees, and contract conditions before relocating.
