Job Description

The Warehouse Shift Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations during an assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. Candidates are typically expected to have experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams, knowledge of warehouse management systems, and a strong understanding of health and safety, performance targets and inventory control. Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and organisational skills are essential.
