Job Description

This role supports the launch and growth of new businesses within Rakuten Total Solutions’ Office Environment Department. Responsibilities may include researching market needs, developing service concepts, coordinating internal and external partners, preparing proposals and business plans, and helping manage implementation. Candidates are expected to have experience in business development, project coordination, office services, facilities, real estate, consulting, or a related field. Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills are important. Japanese proficiency is likely essential for working with domestic customers and partners; English may be useful within the Rakuten Group.
