Australian workplace culture is generally collaborative, practical and relatively informal, with an emphasis on inclusion, safety and work-life balance. Lifestyle options range from major-city dining and culture to beaches, outdoor sports and regional living, although housing can be expensive in Sydney and Melbourne.
