Colombo and nearby industrial zones provide the broadest employment market, while Kandy, Galle, and regional manufacturing areas offer additional opportunities. The culture is diverse and welcoming, combining Sinhalese, Tamil, Muslim, and other traditions, with strong family and community ties.
