Job Description

The Executive – Environmental Sustainability role is expected to support MAS Holdings’ environmental sustainability programmes across facilities and operations. Typical requirements include a degree or diploma in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or a related discipline, together with knowledge of environmental regulations, carbon accounting, waste management, energy and water conservation, and sustainability reporting. Experience in manufacturing, apparel, audits, data analysis, or ESG initiatives is advantageous. The candidate should be organized, analytical, and capable of coordinating with factory teams, suppliers, auditors, and external stakeholders. Strong communication, report-writing, presentation, and project-management skills are expected, along with proficiency in spreadsheets and sustainability data systems. The role may involve site visits, monitoring performance indicators, supporting compliance activities, and recommending practical improvements.
