Executive - Human Resources

Job Description

The Executive – Human Resources is expected to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave administration, employee engagement and HR reporting. The role typically requires a degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, along with relevant experience in an HR environment. Candidates should have good knowledge of employment practices, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, confidentiality and proficiency in Microsoft Office or HR systems. Experience in a large or manufacturing organisation would be advantageous. The successful candidate should be service-oriented, organised, approachable and able to work effectively with employees and managers in a fast-paced workplace.
