Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is a modern Gulf federation offering strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, construction, technology, and healthcare. Dubai provides an international lifestyle, excellent infrastructure, beaches, shopping, dining, nightlife, and extensive public transport, while Abu Dhabi offers a quieter pace and major cultural attractions. The culture combines Islamic traditions with a highly diverse expatriate community; modest dress and respectful behavior are expected, especially in public and religious settings. Most hospitality roles involve shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employers normally sponsor an employment visa, work permit, medical examination, Emirates ID, and residency process. Candidates should confirm salary, accommodation, transport, meals, insurance, leave, flights, and probation terms before accepting an offer. Relocating requires a valid passport, attested documents where requested, and budgeting for initial personal expenses. Alcohol service is regulated and limited to licensed venues.
