Job Description

The Outlet Manager oversees daily operations of a designated restaurant or bar, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth staffing, quality standards, and strong financial performance. Requirements typically include several years of food and beverage supervisory or management experience, good knowledge of restaurant operations, leadership ability, and strong communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin or another Chinese language is important for serving Chinese-speaking guests, while English is generally required for workplace communication.
