Job Description

The Bellman welcomes guests, assists with luggage, escorts them to rooms, explains hotel facilities, arranges transportation and responds to requests throughout the stay. Candidates should have a friendly, professional manner, good communication skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy hotel environment. Previous experience in a hotel, guest-service or hospitality role is preferred. The role requires physical stamina for lifting and moving luggage, a neat appearance, attention to detail, reliability and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Basic English is generally required; additional languages and knowledge of Doha are advantageous. A valid driving licence may also be useful depending on the property’s transportation duties.
