Job Description

The Loss Prevention Officer helps protect guests, employees, hotel property and company assets at Marriott Marquis City Center Doha. Typical requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in hotel security, loss prevention or a related role, good physical fitness, strong observation skills and effective communication in English. Security or first-aid training may be advantageous, and local licensing or Qatar work eligibility may be required. The successful candidate is expected to monitor surveillance systems, patrol the property, respond to incidents, prepare accurate reports, support emergency procedures and enforce hotel safety policies professionally. The role normally involves rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, while maintaining confidentiality and excellent guest service.
