Job Description

The Bartender at W Brisbane is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking orders, processing payments, maintaining bar presentation and delivering friendly, personalised service. Candidates should have bar or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, a professional appearance and knowledge of responsible service practices. An Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is generally required, along with the legal right to work in Australia. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, along with the ability to remain organised in a busy environment. The successful candidate is expected to represent the W brand, anticipate guest needs, work effectively with the food and beverage team and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and service.
