Job Description

The F&B Attendant (In Room Dining) is responsible for taking and delivering guest food and beverage orders, setting up trays or trolleys, presenting meals professionally, clearing used items and processing payments where required. Candidates should have excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional presentation, strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. Previous food and beverage, room service or hospitality experience is advantageous. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected. A responsible approach to hygiene, food safety and workplace procedures, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, is essential.
