Job Description

The Director of Operations leads the hotel’s day-to-day operations across rooms, food and beverage, guest services, housekeeping, engineering, and related departments. Candidates typically need substantial experience in hotel operations, preferably in an upscale or international property, along with strong leadership, budgeting, quality-control, and guest-relations skills. Excellent English and communication abilities are expected; Indonesian language and local operating knowledge are advantageous. The successful candidate will be expected to improve guest satisfaction, maintain Marriott and Le Méridien standards, develop department leaders, manage costs, support revenue goals, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and create a productive, service-focused workplace.
