The Guest Experience Expert welcomes guests, supports check-in and check-out, responds to questions, handles requests, promotes hotel facilities, and helps create a smooth and memorable stay. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a friendly and professional manner, good grooming, and the ability to remain calm while resolving concerns. Previous experience in hotel front office, guest relations, or hospitality is helpful. Basic computer knowledge, English proficiency, flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays are generally expected. Knowledge of local attractions and additional languages may be an advantage.
