Job Description

The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for protecting guests, employees, company assets and hotel property at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay. Requirements typically include relevant security or hotel operations experience, supervisory or management experience, knowledge of emergency procedures, incident investigation, access control and local safety regulations. Strong communication, leadership, observation and report-writing skills are expected. The candidate should be able to coordinate with hotel departments, contractors, guests and local authorities, respond calmly to emergencies, conduct regular patrols and inspections, manage security officers, review CCTV and promote a safe, welcoming environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.
