Job Description

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and assigned hotel spaces to Westin and Marriott cleanliness standards. Typical requirements include previous housekeeping or hotel experience, attention to detail, physical stamina, good personal presentation, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic English communication is usually expected. The successful candidate is reliable, discreet, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as within a multicultural team. Duties may include cleaning and preparing rooms, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests professionally, and following hygiene, chemical-handling, and workplace safety procedures.
